In addition to the tracking notifications (when prospects open your emails, click links, etc.), now you can get alerts about the activities in your account: tasks assigned to you, notes added to your prospects or organizations, when your deals are closed, etc.
Choose the most convenient way to get notified:
Go ahead and set up the new alerts in Settings > Notifications.
All your in-app notifications are stored in one notifications feed (the bell icon).
We've added more options to automate the enrollment of your prospects (organizations, deals) and make your workflows even more flexible and customized.
The new options include events that are happening to other types of entities in Prospect.io.
Explore the new triggers for each of the workflow types (prospect-, organization-, or deal-based).
We've just added an option to merge the YES and NO branches after a Conditions step in your workflows. It will save your time when building workflows and eliminate the unneeded copy-pasting.
Just add "Go to step" (can be found in the Building Blocks section) at the end of the branch and choose the destination step in the other branch. When prospects (organizations or deals) reach this step, they'll be forwarded to the selected step of the other branch and will continue there.
Limitations: "Go to step" must be the last step of the branch. To avoid infinite loops, you can't choose the destination step in the same branch or before the Conditions step.
The mobile version of Prospect.io is now available to you!
We've designed the mobile version of Prospect.io to give you quick access to your sales assets – deals, tasks, prospects, and organizations – at any time, from any device.
The mobile app is available via any mobile browser and automatically adapts to perfectly fit the size of your device (tablet, smartphone, etc.).
Deals: access existing deals (both open and closed), create new deals, move deals to the next stages, mark them as won/lost, etc.
Tasks: access existing tasks (both pending and completed), create new tasks, mark them as done.
Organizations: view your organization list, create new ones, edit, add attachments, enroll in workflows.
Prospects: view your prospects list, create new ones, search for email addresses, edit, add attachments, enroll in workflows, send emails.
Workflows, reports, and account settings are currently available only on the desktop version.
Now you have a choice between absolute (an exact date) and relative dates (more/less than x days ago).
Create new segments or use the new filters with relative dates in the enrollment conditions of your workflows.
A new workflow step that will make your life much easier 😉
Use the Enroll in workflow step to push prospects into a new workflow directly from their current workflow. No more need to play around with updating prospects, adding to lists, and searching for a matching enrollment trigger.
Just 1 step. Perfectly simple!
