The mobile version of Prospect.io is now available to you!
We've designed the mobile version of Prospect.io to give you quick access to your sales assets – deals, tasks, prospects, and organizations – at any time, from any device.
The mobile app is available via any mobile browser and automatically adapts to perfectly fit the size of your device (tablet, smartphone, etc.).
Deals: access existing deals (both open and closed), create new deals, move deals to the next stages, mark them as won/lost, etc.
Tasks: access existing tasks (both pending and completed), create new tasks, mark them as done.
Organizations: view your organization list, create new ones, edit, add attachments, enroll in workflows.
Prospects: view your prospects list, create new ones, search for email addresses, edit, add attachments, enroll in workflows, send emails.
Workflows, reports, and account settings are currently available only on the desktop version.
Now you have a choice between absolute (an exact date) and relative dates (more/less than x days ago).
Create new segments or use the new filters with relative dates in the enrollment conditions of your workflows.

Use the Enroll in workflow step to push prospects into a new workflow directly from their current workflow. No more need to play around with updating prospects, adding to lists, and searching for a matching enrollment trigger.

Now you can create new workflows not only for your prospects but also for organizations and deals. This means, that Prospect.io lets you automate an even bigger part of your sales routine.
Depending on the selected workflow type (prospect-based, organization-based, deal-based), you can choose from different enrollment triggers and actions in the flow.
Enroll your organizations into workflows manually or automatically and take actions on them – create tasks or deals linked to organizations, send internal notifications when prospects are added into an organization, etc.

Attach documents to your prospects, organizations, and deals, and send files to your prospects without affecting the deliverability.
Do you need to send your presentation, video review, or a proposal document to your prospects? Or maybe you want to save the signed contract on an organization profile? Now you can do it with Prospect.io.
From now on, you can add attachments to any email you send from Prospect.io: manual emails from a prospect’s panel and outbound emails in automation.
The files that you send with Prospect.io are uploaded to our servers and shared via links. This way, we not only ensure no negative impact on the deliverability of your emails but also allow you to track if and when the prospects open those attachments. Each time the attachment is downloaded by a prospect, we show it on the prospect’s timeline.
In addition to sending files, you can easily upload a document and save it on a prospect, an organization, or a deal panel. Simply open the needed prospect (organization, deal) and click on the Attachments button.
